Would you love to have a regular meditation practice, but just don’t know where to begin? Or do pre recorded scripts not feel personal enough, especially if your mind wonders? Why not spend a lovely hour at Threee Rooms dedicated meditation studio for a beautiful bespoke guided meditation. We start the session with an informal chat to establish what you want to achieve and I’ll help guide you into a 20 minute meditation practice, followed by a delicious grounding snack and herbal tea.
